Who is Digital Skills Training for?

People with disability who want to become more confident using digital tools and technology, gain independence, and stay connected in their community.

What will I learn?

You’ll learn how to communicate online, create digital content, and buy or sell safely online. Read more about the course modules here.

How long does a module take?

Each module has five workshops that are held over two weeks.

Who delivers the training?

The training is delivered by EPIC Assist, with trainers experienced in supporting people with disability.

Where is the course held?

At the EPIC Assist building in Nundah. The building is fully accessible with a lift, accessible bathrooms, and comfortable learning spaces.

How do I register?

Complete the online form, call 13 EPIC, or email [email protected] — whichever is easiest for you.

How much does Digital Skills Training cost?

Each module is $120 per person.

How many people are in a workshop?

Each workshop will contain four to eight people. Each group of people will complete a module from start to finish.

Can I book a module to work through on my own?

Unfortunately we are not able to teach a module to one person at a time. All modules are taught in small groups.

Do you offer the course via online training?

No, all training is held in person. This helps our Trainer to offer the right support and adjustments throughout the modules for the people within each group.
